Yacc Terms of Use

Summary: Yacc is a friendly nutrition and calorie tracking app. Your use of Yacc is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, plus the Yacc-specific terms below.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Yacc, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use Yacc.

2. About Yacc

Yacc helps users log food, estimate nutrition information, track calories and macros, scan food barcodes, monitor weight trends, and review food history.

Yacc is intended for general wellness and personal tracking. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

3. Nutrition and Health Information

Nutrition information in Yacc may come from barcode databases, user-entered information, automated estimates, or third-party services. Nutrition estimates can be incomplete, inaccurate, or vary by brand, recipe, serving size, preparation method, and available data.

You are responsible for reviewing entries before relying on them. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making major nutrition, weight, medication, or health decisions.

4. User Entries and App Data

You are responsible for the food descriptions, manual nutrition entries, weight entries, goals, preferences, and other information you enter into Yacc.

You agree not to enter unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading content, and not to misuse the app or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

5. Yacc Plus Subscription

Yacc may offer an optional auto-renewable subscription called Yacc Plus. Yacc Plus may include features such as full Logbook history beyond the free history window and expanded monthly Describe usage.

• Subscription length: Monthly
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Subscription pricing is displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by country, region, tax, or currency.

6. Free and Paid Features

Yacc may offer both free and paid features. We may modify feature limits, paid benefits, or availability over time, while honoring active subscription access as required by Apple policies and applicable law.

7. Third-Party Services

Yacc uses third-party services to provide core functionality, including Firebase, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Apple App Store services, and barcode or nutrition data providers. These services may process information as described in the Yacc Privacy Policy.

8. Privacy

Your use of Yacc is also governed by the Yacc Privacy Policy, available at fullsendwork.com/yacc-privacy.

9. No Warranties

Yacc is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that nutrition estimates will always be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Send Work will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Yacc.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
